Job Description
Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston (OCB) is seeking an Ophthalmic Assistant to provide comprehensive ophthalmic care under the supervision of the department supervisor. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong patient care and customer service skills, and a passion for continuous learning and career growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, FREE TRAINING PROVIDED
- 0-1 years of experience as an Ophthalmic Assistant
- 1-2 years working in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service industry
- General understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Strong math and science skills
- Proficient computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
