Ophthalmic Technician II

Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston is a premier eye care provider seeking an Ophthalmic Technician II to join their team. The successful candidate will assist physicians in gathering patient data and maintaining a clinical environment. Responsibilities include conducting visual acuity testing, visual field testing, and maintaining patient medical records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA), Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT), Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist (COMT), Ophthalmic Scribe Certification (OSC), Certified Retinal Angiographer (CRA), or Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT-C)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a COA, COT, COMT, OSC, CRA or OCT-C
