Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in below-grade substation construction. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project execution, from estimating and pre-construction planning to field operations and project closeout.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in below-grade substation construction, deep foundations, or heavy civil infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of drilled shaft foundations, excavation, formwork, rebar placement, and concrete construction.
• Experience managing utility projects and working within substation environments.
• Proficiency in project management software (ComputerEase, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Understanding of OSHA regulations, NESC standards, and utility construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
