The Bilingual Contact Center Agent will answer or make calls, resolve cases through various channels, and provide high standards of quality and excellence in service. The Agent must be bilingual, have strong customer service skills, and be able to learn and reason company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience or skills in Customer Service, sales or collections
- Pc management
- Internet browsing and office basic-intermediate Knowledge
- Minimal educational level required: 9th grade (Middle School with certificate or evidence of completion)
- Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
