The Custodial Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality of onsite team member performance and that all duties are completed in accordance with the contract’s scope of work. This is a working supervisor position that involves both fulfilling duties outlined in the contract and providing job coaching and oversight to team members.
Requirements
- Utilize appropriate methods for working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Report suspected Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, Isolation, and Abandonment (ANEIA) immediately as mandated by state law.
- Must be able to meet all requirements of OV vehicle policies and travel.
- Conduct daily team huddles to gather feedback, address questions, and communicate relevant information to custodial team members.
- Provide the management team with updates on team member performance.
- Review service and habilitation plans for all team members in supported employment roles to ensure everyone receives care in accordance with their plan.
- Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed, including ID notes, schedules, GERs, and PCTs.
- Ensure equipment is clean and in proper working conditions while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Proactively identify the safety needs of all team members and promptly report any issues or concerns to department managers.
- Comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations and requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Participate in Person-Centered Plan (PCP) meetings.
- Maintain positive working relationships with contract representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and support contract retention.
- Assist with manual labor associated with contract duties and responsibilities while training team members on required cleaning techniques, new methods and procedures, and the proper use and care of equipment.
- Track and order supplies as needed and maintain inventory of all assigned equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to Opportunity Village's established policies and procedures.
- May be assigned other duties as needed.
