OPSWAT is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR advisor for managers and employees across their Vietnam office. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution, working closely with business leaders and HR teams to enhance talent, performance, culture, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 6+ years of HRBP experience in similar roles, ideally in tech or engineering environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build trust influence across levels
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Fast learner, adaptable and accountable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities
- Solid understanding of Vietnam labor laws (regional exposure is a plus)
- Proven experience in talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments
