Job Description
OPSWAT is seeking a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support their growing Talent Acquisition team during a period of expansion. The ideal candidate will be research-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with a passion for proactive sourcing and candidate engagement.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets
- Strong Boolean search capabilities and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience supporting technical, cybersecurity, or SaaS hiring preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple searches and scheduling needs simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills for outreach messaging
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
