We are seeking a Financial Controller to oversee financial operations for Benin and multiple Francophone African countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications: ACCA, ACA, CIMA (international qualification required); local CPA highly valued
• Minimum 3–5 years in finance management
• Auditing experience (Big Four or reputable audit firm preferred)
• Exposure to multinational environments; experience in tech or financial institutions is an asset
