Internal Audit Specialist - Commercial & Finance, Fintech

We are seeking a highly motivated and result driven Internal Audit professional to help strengthen our risk and controls environment as we continue to scale. The successful candidate will evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and controls that support scalable growth and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or another related field.
• Professional Certification (e.g. CIA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFE) completed or in progress.
• 3-4 years of experience equivalent to Senior Associate / Manager level in the areas of external audit, internal audit, risk advisory, or similar.
• Professional experience in fintech environment (payments, lending, consumer finance, digital banking, or similar) is highly valued.
