Optasia is a fully-integrated B2B2X financial technology platform seeking a Senior Product Manager to assist with market research, identify distribution partners in Africa, and lead product design and development. The role involves analyzing competitor product gaps, defining features, managing backlog, and coordinating the collection and prioritization of requests for new product functionality. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Large Account Management, a bachelor's or master's degree in a related course, and excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in Product Management or Large Account Management
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any related course (business degree, engineering)
• Ability to translate complex technical Specifications into clear user and commercial benefits
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments
• Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment
• Excellent knowledge of English language
