Job Description
Under direct supervision, perform tasks related to daily optical lab operations, production, and patient orders.
Requirements
- Offer exceptional customer service
- Order lenses and frames from appropriate lab or vendor
- Perform shipping functions
- Unpack and sort inbound frames and lenses
- Inventory control functions
- Assist with ordering lab supplies
- Maintain company safety standards
- Maintain a clean workstation
- Assist and cooperate with other departments
- Ensure understanding and adherence to quality management and safety requirements
