Job Description
Drive the execution of next-generation underwater security and energy technology, translate product roadmaps into actionable development plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Requirements
- Finished technical education (mechanical/mechatronical/physics) on bachelor or master level
- Experience managing complex hardware-software development projects as technical project manager
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering environments
- Experience coordinating technical teams and integration activities
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to structure complex technical challenges into executable workstreams
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-tech development environments
