Job Description
As a Home Health Physical Therapist at Optimal Care, you'll provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness in their home environments, helping them regain independence and mobility. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the satisfaction of seeing patients progress from dependence to independence.
Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
- Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance
- Willingness to travel daily for home visits within service area
