Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist at Optimal Care, you will manage a broad range of payroll functions, including processing, auditing, and reporting. You will work with payroll systems and standard office technology, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of accuracy in data handling.

Requirements

• Process payroll for multi-state operations and maintain accurate payroll records
• Enter and verify data within payroll and accounting systems
• Respond to payroll inquiries and process garnishments, raises, bonuses, and commissions
• Maintain organized and accurate payroll documentation and filing systems
• Provide backup support for administrative functions and assist with general office tasks as needed
