Physician Services Referral Coordinator

Optimal Care is a clinician-owned and operated company that provides Physician Services, Home Health, and Hospice Care. As a Referral Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and documenting outgoing referrals, communicating with providers and families, and tracking outstanding referrals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Detailed oriented person who is capable of multitasking
• Strong computer skills
