Job Description
Optimal Dynamics is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Product Engineering team, responsible for designing and building scalable systems, influencing key product decisions, and mentoring engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of high-level technical leadership experience
- BS in Computer Science or related degree
- Full-stack knowledge of applications built from the ground up
- Experience in designing and developing microservices and large-scale distributed systems
- Proficiency in Python, Docker, Kafka, and AWS services and architecture
- Agile experience and knowledge of modern development best practices
