Job Description
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trainer / Change Manager to lead organizational change management and training activities across technology solution initiatives and related releases.
Requirements
- Partner with project teams to plan and execute change management strategies
- Develop and maintain a structured change management framework
- Design, develop, and deliver training content
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions
- Manage communications related to business and system changes
- Establish and maintain a centralized repository for training materials
- Collaborate with business and functional leads to identify training needs
- Conduct post-training evaluations and gather user feedback
- Act as the primary point of contact for end-user queries
- Maintain documentation for change and training activities
- Ensure all change and training activities align with organizational governance and compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement in change management and training practices
