Optimal is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support commercial teams with data-driven insights and financial analysis, working in a hybrid environment in Kifisia, Greece.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of proven professional experience in a Financial Analyst role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial performance drivers.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
