Debt Management Consultant responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications with debtors, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring quality service. The role requires previous experience in a similar position, very good communication and negotiation skills, and good knowledge of English.

Requirements

• Permanent residence outside of Attica
• Previous experience in a similar position in the banking sector or in a company managing claims
• Experience with dialer systems (desired)
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Orientation towards results and consistency in achieving goals
• Ability to work in a demanding environment and meet deadlines
• Ease of remote work and autonomy
• Good knowledge of English
• Very good use of computer and ability to manage multiple tasks
