Requirements

• Bac + 2
• 3 years of experience as an assistant manager or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience
• Experience in organizing travel, meetings, events
• Experience in supporting colleagues
• Good knowledge of computer applications, in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• English is essential - German would be an asset
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment
