Job Description
Optimas is seeking an experienced Import and Export Analyst to oversee import and export activities, ensuring compliance with Mexican customs regulations and managing Carta Porte. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and verifying import and export documentation, coordinating with customs brokers and vendors, and tracking shipment progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the IMMEX/maquiladora sector.
- Proficient in Excel, Pivot tables, macros.
- Experience with 'Annex 24' software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
