We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own and deliver Optime's marketing activity and help drive our next stage of growth in a founder-led business where ideas move quickly and marketing plays an important role in attracting clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Experience running B2B marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEO and website performance
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills
• Confidence using modern marketing tools and AI platforms
• A practical, hands-on mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action
• The ability to work independently and produce high-quality marketing output

Benefits

• Salary of £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working (minimum four days per week in our Crawley office)
