Product Designer II

At Optimizely, we're on a mission to help people unlock their digital potential by reinventing how marketing and product teams work to create and optimize digital experiences across all channels. We're seeking a Product Designer II to join the team shaping the Optimizely Connect Platform (OCP) and related developer experiences.

Requirements

• Design user flows, prototypes, and final UI for key areas of OCP, including developer setup, configuration, publishing, and lifecycle management
• Help shape AI-powered experiences within OCP, including guided setup, intelligent configuration support, workflow acceleration, and developer assistance tools
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to understand technical requirements and translate them into clear, usable experiences
• Communicate design intent, trade-offs, and rationale to cross-functional partners
• Participate in discovery activities including customer interviews, workflow mapping, research synthesis, and problem framing
• Support iterative validation through prototyping, usability testing, and feedback loops with internal and external users
• Work with fellow designers to maintain and evolve design patterns and system components for platform and developer-facing experiences
• Stay informed about trends in developer platforms, SaaS ecosystems, integration tooling, and AI-assisted product experiences
