Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to join our Customer Success Organization's Onboarding Team. As a key contact for Optimizely's Product Onboarding team, you'll ensure a premium onboarding experience for customers, manage global clients through comprehensive product onboarding projects, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver structured onboarding programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success and project management within a SaaS/PaaS environment
- Experience working with global clients and managing international projects
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly, and respond to shifting customer needs and timelines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid project management skills, with attention to detail, timelines, and quality
