Service Advisor

Optimum RV is seeking an organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to provide outstanding support to customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, determining service needs, creating work orders, and coordinating with service technicians.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
• Strong knowledge of RV systems, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using service management software and computer systems.
