We are seeking an experienced Residential Senior Accountant to support our U.S.-based real estate and property management accounting team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of residential or property management accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and property-level accounting
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in AppFolio (required)
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
