Job Description
To disassemble, clean, reassemble and adjust mill roll bearings, chocks, and related parts, and to operate roll lathes and Wendt grinders to machine or rematching iron, steel, alloy, or carbide roll to desired pass design.
Requirements
- High School/GED required
- 2+ years working in an industrial environment on a mechanical maintenance craft
- Experienced working in extreme weather conditions
- Willing to climb, bend, stand, or lift items
- Mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to pass a written test, Face-to-face interview
