The Clinical Pharmacist is a licensed professional who is responsible for providing safe and appropriate pharmacy services to Option Care patients in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Option Care, pharmacy practice professional standards, and applicable regulatory entities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Current, active Pharmacy license as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy
- At least one 1 year of experience in sterile IV admixture procedures, knowledge of non-sterile compounding, immunizations and medication therapy management (MTM), completion of an ASHP accredited Pharmacy Residency Program, or completion of an Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience associated with an accredited school of pharmacy
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
