Job Description
An Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides intermediate direct patient care to patients in the home or alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety with continuity and compliance under a physician's plan of care. The nurse initiates, develops, and implements nursing plans, evaluates patient progress, and modifies treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Fine motor skills and visual acuity
