Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner in the Ambulatory Infusion Center provides direct patient care, administers IV/IM/SC therapies, and manages infusion-related care plans in alignment with evidence-based clinical practice.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the practicing state
- Board certification as an NP (FNP, or applicable specialty)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of NP experience in a clinical setting
- Prior experience with IV therapy or infusion services
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Credentialing-ready: must maintain licensure and provide payer documentation for billing and reimbursement
