Infusion Clinic Nurse Practitioner - Tooele

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides direct patient care, administers IV/IM/SC therapies, manages infusion-related care plans, and ensures safe and effective treatment in alignment with evidence-based clinical practice.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive, hands-on patient care including assessments, physical exams, and treatment of infusion therapy-related conditions.
• Prescribe and manage medications related to infusion care, in compliance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements.
• Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and therapy-specific tests.
• Oversee and perform IV, IM, and SC medication administration and monitor for side effects or adverse events.
• Create, document, and update individualized infusion care plans and maintain thorough, timely documentation in the EHR.
