Job Description
Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides direct patient care to patients in the home or alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety with continuity and compliance under a physician's plan of care.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
