Job Description
An Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides direct patient care to patients in the home, evaluates patient progress, and modifies the plan of treatment as needed. Works under structured supervision of the designated supervisor. Requires a license to operate a motor vehicle and current CPR certification. Must have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. Salary to be determined by education, experience, and internal equity.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
