ETF Trader

Optiver is seeking an experienced ETF Trader to join our Trading team. This is a high-impact role within a collaborative, fast-moving environment, with the opportunity to help shape coverage, strategy, and execution across a broad ETF universe.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience trading ETFs, cash products, or closely related instruments.
• Strong understanding of ETF mechanics, including valuation, basket construction, and primary vs secondary market dynamics.
• Solid grasp of market structure and how ETFs interact with underlying markets.
• Comfortable working with data to inform trading decisions; experience with Python or similar languages is beneficial.
• Clear communicator who works well in highly collaborative, cross-functional teams.
