Optiver is looking for a Software Engineer to join their Developer Experience team, building tools and platforms that power development workflows. The role involves building infrastructure, tooling, and automation to improve developer experience and productivity.

Requirements

• Design, build and maintain scalable build systems used across the company
• Develop tools and integrations that make local development faster and more seamless
• Automate processes to streamline release and deployment lifecycle
• Track emerging trends in Developer Experience and AI
• Help define meaningful metrics to measure developer productivity
