Job Description
Opto is hiring a Head of Design to define how product experiences are built at Opto. The role exists to change the current state of the product and will involve owning product design as a function and shaping the product itself. The ideal candidate will have a strong product sense, high quality bar, and AI-native mindset, with experience contributing to or reaching product-market fit.
Requirements
- Strong product sense and high quality bar.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
- AI-native mindset.
- Background: 0-1 product design experience.
- Experience contributing to or reaching product-market fit.
- B2B product experience, ideally in fintech or data-heavy environments with complex workflows.
- Experience leading designers, or a strong senior IC who has operated at a leadership level and is ready to own a function.
