Job Description
The Aerosol Jet Solutions Architect works with Sales and Engineering to drive and manage Aerosol Jet product sales, providing technical demonstrations and proposals to customers. The role involves evaluating customer requests, developing technical solutions, and contributing to post-sales workshops and product development.
Requirements
- Provide business and technical introduction of Aerosol Jet technology to prospective customers.
- Assist in the sales process by gathering customer applications requirements and executing projects in the lab.
- Respond to technical requirements for RFQs and review the business context for customer applications.
- Participate in product and technical roadmap planning sessions and assist Solutions Architect team on solutions management.
- Support the identification and recommendation of appropriate upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning of products.
- Support user education of the AJ process, materials, and applications through technical notes and online forums.
