Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support our additive manufacturing systems, including aerosol jet technology.
Requirements
- Install, commission, and validate additive manufacturing systems at customer sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and software components
- Provide timely customer support via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Document service activities, findings, and recommendations
- Train customers on system operation, maintenance, and best practices
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
