Senior Event Producer

Opus Agency is looking for a Senior Event Producer to lead the delivery of complex projects, build trusted client relationships, and guide teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience producing live events, strong client-facing skills, and commercial acumen. As a Senior Event Producer, you will lead large-scale integrated campaigns, manage budgets, and mentor junior team members. Requirements

• 5+ years' experience producing live events, brand experiences, or integrated campaigns within an agency or production environment
• Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale, complex projects end-to-end
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Experience managing large budgets, statements of work, reconciliations, and commercial outcomes
• Strong supplier management and contract negotiation experience
• Experience mentoring or leading Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Associate Producers, or Producers
• Strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with G Suite and event management systems
• Degree or diploma in a related discipline preferred but not required
