Sr. Manager, Event Management Resourcing

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Event Management Resourcing to join our Centralized Resourcing Team (CRT) at Opus Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building highly effective, scalable teams that are right sized for our global clients and events. You will drive operational excellence and innovative practices that allow our team to remain agile and forward-thinking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant resourcing or Event Management project leadership experience
• Mastery of Microsoft Office/Google Suite, with advanced spreadsheet skills including complex formulas, data modeling, and the ability to present reports to stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data and metrics into actionable business insights
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executive leadership and provide professional, constructive feedback to colleagues
