Regional Director, Nursing Business Development

OpusViTM is seeking an experienced Regional Director, Nursing Business Development to spearhead growth strategies and achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and/or nursing, combined with business development expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, with a strong emphasis on the healthcare and nursing sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth within healthcare organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience interacting with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Strong networking abilities and professional demeanor, particularly within the nursing and healthcare communities.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Google Workspace is preferred.
