Job Description
An established healthcare supply company is seeking a Director of Business Development/Sales to drive growth across its nursing home customer base. This role leads business development, account management, and customer retention across facilities while partnering closely with operations, billing, and customer service.
Requirements
- Must have a background in the healthcare industry
- Strong business development and relationship-management experience with nursing home operators
- Understanding of Medicare Part B, billing basics, vendor pricing, rebates, and margin structures
- Ability to present, negotiate, and manage a wide range of accounts
