A well-established long-term care services organization is seeking a senior Corporate Director of Business Development to drive growth at the ownership and executive level across skilled nursing facilities nationwide.

Requirements

• Proven success selling healthcare services or solutions to SNF ownership, operators, or executive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to operate at the owner / C-suite level (not solely facility-level sales)
• Strong understanding of long-term care operations, admissions, census dynamics, and payer mix
• Track record of building senior-level relationships that translate into sustained revenue growth
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable with national travel and a high-visibility, performance-driven role
