Regional Business Director, Long Term Care (Northeast Region)

Axsome Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company seeking a Regional Business Director, Long Term Care (Northeast Region) to lead LTC commercial activities and establish a team of LTC Account Managers. The RBD will be responsible for supervising and leading an industry-shaping LTC-focused account management team, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring a successful launch.

Requirements

• 5 years or more of field leadership experience and/or payer account management and/or demonstrated sales success with increasing responsibility and organizational leadership
• Previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience preferred with at least three to five years spent in a position with demonstrated 1st line leadership groups
• Successful LTC/hospital/health system sales leadership experience required
• Current or recent Psychiatry disease experience strongly preferred
• Successful launch experience strongly preferred
• Market access experience a plus
• Strong digital marketing aptitude
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
