Job Description
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Business Director, Long Term Care to lead commercial activities for an assigned geography, establish a team of LTC Account Managers, execute marketing strategies, and ensure a successful launch.
Requirements
- Supervise LTC focused operations of the Region
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Region
- Plan, organize and drive performance to achieve business potential of the region
- Partner closely with the Market Access account team
- Maintain required technical expertise
- Work with direct reports to understand and consistently execute established expectations
- Develop and implement LTC Region business plan
- Manage Region budget and overall responsibility for P&L at Region level
