Requirements
- Participate in cross-functional meetings (internal and client-facing)
- Collaborate with teams such as Implementation Engineering, Product, and Client Success
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying bottlenecks and recommending enhancements
- Assist in the preparation and organization of materials, data, and presentations for client meetings
- Support knowledge management by reviewing and improving documentation
- Shadow team members during client interactions to observe effective communication
