Consulting Project Senior Principal Consultant

We are seeking a proactive, technically-skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive projects across our Embedded Consulting client base.

Requirements

• Lead moderately complex implementations of integrated Oracle solutions
• Direct cross-functional delivery teams
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and project plans for small projects and sub-projects
• Proactively identify and manage risks/issues
• Ensure alignment to the statement of work, customer standards, and Oracle delivery methodologies
• Communicate clear, executive-ready status updates to customer stakeholders and Oracle leadership
• Influence customer management decisions to drive adoption, resolve conflicts, and achieve business outcomes
• Manage acceptance of deliverables
• Support business development by identifying extensions and new opportunities
• Govern change control and contractual adherence to minimize Oracle’s risk and exposure
• Oversee support-phase deliverables and schedules as projects transition to stabilization and ongoing support
