Electrical Engineer - Power Systems Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical
• 12 years of experience in HV/MV infrastructure design, power systems engineering, on-site generation, BESS, and microgrids
• 3 years of experience with large-scale data center MV/LV distribution system
• Experience designing large-scale facilities served by behind-the-meter (BTM), islanded on-site generation integrated with inverter-based resources such as BESS, supercapacitors, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of power system protection, relaying, and substation design/operation
• Demonstrated knowledge of power quality and dynamic system behavior, with experience navigating utility requirements and grid compliance
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and align engineering, construction, and operations teams in highly complex environments
