Oracle Health Developer (Rhapsody)

We’re seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our mission-driven organization and support our Federal client with Electronic Health Modernization needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Rhapsody Integration Engine, HL7 messaging, healthcare data formats, and scripting languages like JavaScript or Groovy.

Requirements

• Support development, configuration, and deployment of healthcare interfaces using Rhapsody.
• Coordinate local connectivity within pre-production and production environments.
• Configure interface engine components, message routing, transformations, and mappings.
• Identify solution build dependencies within the Oracle Health Millennium platform.
• Manage promotion of interface code through environments (pre-prod to production)
• Participate in dry runs, table-top rehearsals, Mock Go-Lives, Go-Live execution, and staffing support.
• Manage day-to-day activities for interface creation, localization, deployment, and cutover
• Coordinate with Integration Architects and Deployment Teams to assess interface readiness
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of interface deployment status in team reporting tools
• Create and maintain the Interface JIRA backlog aligned to Agile delivery work breakdown structures
• Ensure defined deployment processes and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently followed
