Principal Technical Analyst

The Principal Technical Analyst is responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while serving as an advocate for customer needs. The role involves resolving technical inquiries, creating/using automated technology to diagnose and resolve customer issues, and leading contributor individually and as a team member. The position requires a strong understanding of Oracle Database administration, security features, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 10+ years of proven professional and technical experience in database, network, or system administrator role
